A Man Accuses Another of Being a Pedophile, Both Men Arrested

An incident Wednesday at Branson's Downtown Steak N Shake results in the arrest of an alleged pedophile and the person who confronted him.

Several media reports including one from Ozarks First say the incident took place Wednesday when Alex Rosen, founder of the Houston, Texas based Predator Poachers, entered the restaurant to confront one of the employees who Rosen said his group caught in an online sting operation trying to engage with inappropriate conduct with an underaged girl.

The restaurant owners called Branson Police after Rosen refused the owners request to leave the property. Officers eventually responded to the business and did escort him out of the restaurant. While officers did take the information provided by Rosen, he was also arrested. Court records indicate Rosen was charged with a felony count of 1st Degree Harassment and misdemeanor counts of trespassing and peace disturbance.

Meanwhile according to a Branson Police Department Facebook post, investigators looked into the accusations made and eventually made an arrest of 24-year-old Joshua Teague of Branson, who is facing a felony charges of Enticement Or Attempted Enticement Of A Child and 2nd Degree Child Trafficking.

Court documents also indicate this was not the first encounter between Teague and members of Predator Poachers, listing a previous encounter that resulted in an arrested of Teague in October of last year.

According to court documents, Rosen was released after posting bond while Teague is being held without bond in the Taney County Jail.
