A financial institution with locations in the Lakes Region receives national recognition.
Arvest Bank was ranked 438th in the ranking of the Top 500 Mid-Sized Companies in the United States as compiled by TIME Magazine.
In an online post, TIME lays out the criteria for the businesses ranked as the magazine "and Statista study looked at companies that are based in the U.S. and made between $100 million and $10 billion in revenue in the most recent full year reported to determine the top performing among them. Companies were scored on positive revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and sustainability transparency."
Arvest Bank scored very high in the employee satisfaction category, ranking 32nd of all U.S. mid-sized companies in that category.
“Being recognized as a top-performing company based on these categories is an honor that underscores the impact of our collective efforts throughout the organization,” Arvest Chief People Officer Laura Andress tells Ozarks First. “It’s a distinction that reflects our deep commitment to the success of our associates, customers and community.”
Arvest Bank, headquartered in Lowell, Arkansas, has over a dozen locations in the Lakes Region.
Among other business ranked in the Top 500 is Springfield's Jack Henry and Associates which ranked 239th.
