An area of central Taney County saw the most damage from the storms that moved through the Lakes Region early Thursday morning.

The National Weather Service received a report from Taney County 911 of multiple trees and powerlines down in the Kirbyville area. A follow-up report from Ozarks First includes reports of damage around Highway MM near Mildred. Trees fell into several buildings with powerlines falling into the ground of a business down MM Highway.

White River Valley Electric did report several power outages in that area with most power having been restored Thursday afternoon.

A full story on the damage can be found on the Ozarks First Website.
