Officials Seeking Information on Assault at Buffalo National River

Authorities are seeking information on an assault that happened Memorial Day at the Buffalo National River.

According to a post on the BNR Facebook Page, the assault occurred at the Blue Hole Campground at approximately 6:00 that evening. A 43-year-old female sustained significant injuries according to the post. 

Buffalo National River Officials are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information to contact the National Park Service Tip Line at 1-888-653-0009 or email l at nps_isb@nps.gov or go online at go.nps.gov/SubmitATip. Information can be submitted anonymous.
