Table Rock Quilt Guild Craft Show in Kimberling City

The Table Rock Quilt Guild has a craft show this fall, according to Becky McNabb.

McNabb appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Monday to talk about it. Kimberling City's library will host the guild's craft show. She said it will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 4 and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 5. The event has a $5 admission cost.

As of now, 17 vendors are expected. There's room for more. McNabb said anyone wanting to come as a vendor needs to call 417-231-6499. Everything vendors earn will go to the Table Rock Quilt Guild.

Everything sold is made in the United States, and McNabb said all of it is handmade. Attendees can find knives, woodwork and more. McNabb talked about the group's focus.

She explained that the guild is education-focused. One doesn't need to know how to quilt or sew to join.

McNabb said they meet on the third Monday of the month from 9:30 a.m. until close to 12 p.m. at Kimberling City's library. Later, she talked about an event happening on Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. More was discussed on the broadcast.

The full interview with McNabb is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
