TCAD: Upgrading and Deployment Key to Serving the Lakes Region

As the numbers of residents and visitors continue to grow in the Lakes Region, the Taney County Ambulance District is upgrading equipment and deploying units to best serve the county.

TCAD Deputy Chief Matt Aumiller and Public Information Officer Jonathan Tudor visited KRZK's "Ozarks Now" on Thursday to discuss equipment upgrades including the recently added Cot System that assists in Transporting Patients as well as the new Station 4 located in the former Bus Barn for the Branson School District.

Aumiller and Tudor added that the District has five stations overall and 12 units that are continuously deployed to cover the over 600 square mile area of the county. Aumiller and Tudor also say the District will have units on site at this weekend's Garth Brooks Concert in case of an emergency situation on site as well moving other units to cover the rest of the county as well as units on site at this week's Forsyth and Hollister home football games.
