The Galena Lady Bears trip to the Class 1 State Tournament continues after a Sectional Win Thursday.
The Lady Bears knocked off Thomas Jefferson High School in four games to move on to the State Quarterfinals.
Galena will host the quarterfinal match against Jasper Saturday. Both teams have two of the top records in the region with Galena going into the match with a 34-1-1 record while the Lady Eagles are 35-1-1.
Match time is 3:00 Saturday at the High School Gym.
