Reeds Spring Hall of Fame Inducts New Members, Game Postponed Due to Storm

Reeds Spring Hall of Fame Committee Member Perry Phillips poses with Hall of Fame inductee Nick Haddock.

The Reeds Spring Sports Hall of Fame inducts their new members just before Friday's storm caused postponement of the Basketball Game with Clever.

The ceremonies, which took place after the Junior Varsity Contest, honored the 2017 Wolves Boys Track Team as well as 2016 Graduate Nick Haddock.

The 2017 Track Team, led by Korey Robinette and Ransom Allphin, who each earned four medals, finished second in the Class 3 State Meet that year, the highest finish for any Reeds Spring team in School History.

Nick Haddock led the 2015 Wolves Football Team to a 10-2 record and is the only player in school history to pass and rush for 1,000 yards in the same season.

After the ceremonies, the line of storms that moved through the Lakes Region Friday evening caused a power outage at the school and the game was postponed until a future date.
