Carol Ann Gonterman (Stone)...

Carol Ann Gonterman (Stone), born on December 16, 1943, in Oak Park, Illinois, passed away on September 9, 2024, in Blue Eye, Missouri. Carol was a servant to her Lord Jesus Christ and was an ordained pastor. She was a director of a pregnancy center in Deland, Florida, that offered assistance and counsel to unwed mothers to help care for themselves and their newborn children, an administrative assistant, and prayer warrior for Daystar studio at Morningside Retreat in Blue Eye, Missouri, and a missionary who delivered the message of Christ to many people of many nations. She was a lover of animals, especially dogs and birds! She was a remarkably courageous woman who learned to fly a plane at the age of 60. She loved to sing and dance with the joy of the Lord. A talented artist of many sorts was she, but we shall never forget, for most importantly, she was a relentless prayer warrior, fighting the good fight for lost souls and broken hearts.

Carol was a loving, giving, and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Carol selflessly made you feel like you were the most important person in the room. She is survived by her husband, Gary Gonterman; her children: Christine (Gonterman) Benn, Apri (Gonterman) English, Diane Knight, Carla (Pellegrino) Leintz, and Tommy Pellegrino, Karianne (Gonterman), and Jeff Gonterman. Her grandchildren: Ryane Hall, Nicole Carlson, Elizabeth Smith, Jon Owens, Gabriella Bock, Joy Benn, Austin Leintz, Joshua Benn, Sofia Leintz, Joey Markell and Jordanne Benn, Shannon Benn, and Kess Ann (Gonterman). Her siblings, John Stone, Rick Stone, Charlie Stone, Mary Stone, Cathy (Stone) Sanchez, and Patricia Stone. Carol was also blessed with over ten great-grandchildren and counting! Her spirit lives on and so does her DNA.
