Dawn Marie Smith, age 77, of Branson, Missouri.
Dawn Marie Smith, age 77, of Branson, Missouri, passed away June 14, 2024. She entered this life on February 20, 1947, the daughter of Robert Mote and Geraldine (Thorton) Webber in Corpus Christi, Texas.
With a loving heart, Dawn was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Dawn was a Girl Scout leader, Bible study teacher, and AWANA leader during her younger years. Dawn had an incredible bond with God. She worked for Fresno County Social Services department as a legal secretary for eighteen years. Dawn was skilled in baking, decorating cakes, and sewing. The memories and moments created throughout the past seventy-seven years will be cherished forever.
Dawn is survived by her daughters: Jaquelynn (Billy) Williams, Terri (Robert) Pratt, Kristi (David) Gort, and Geri (Garrett) Hoag; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; two brothers: Henry and Tom; two sisters: Susan and Dorie; as well as many other extended family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Robert Mote and Geraldine Webber; father of her children, Allen Smith; and grandson, Bradley Smith.
