Donna Marie (Waggoner) Kelley, 61, of Summit, Arkansas.

Donna Marie (Waggoner) Kelley, 61, of Summit, Arkansas, passed away January 8, 2025, at the Springs of Harrison located in Harrison, Arkansas. Donna was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma and friend.

Donna was born on February 5, 1963, in Yakima, Washington, the daughter of Jerry Don and Katie Marie (Fredrick) Waggoner. Donna married Eddie Kelley on February 10, 1990, in Pyatt, Arkansas. She spent numerous years working as a CNA in the healthcare field. Donna loved her family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her two dogs, Rocket and Ruger. Donna enjoyed watching numerous television programs, like soaps operas, wrestling, moonshiners and swamp people. She spent Sundays, attending Snow First Gospel Church in Snow, Arkansas. Donna loved life!!! She will be missed dearly by all that know her.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Jerry Dean Waggoner and Randall K. Waggoner, and her in-laws. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Eddie Kelley of Summit, Arkansas, three daughters Melissa Albertson of Newton, Iowa, Nancy Tipton of Paragould, Arkansas, Allie Calhoun of Cardwell, Missouri, three brothers, Edward Waggoner of Pyatt, Arkansas, Andrew (Norma) Waggoner of Mountain Home, Arkansas, John Waggoner of Zinc, Arkansas and one sister Stacy Waggoner Slagely of Bergman, Arkansas. Also, Donna leaves behind five grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will take place at a later date.
