Frank Joseph Thoendel Jr., age 80, of Branson, Missouri, passed away on November 6, 2024. He entered this life on January 19, 1944, in Petersburg, Nebraska, the son of FA and Ruth (Camp) Thoendel. Frank was joined in marriage to Maureen Mosier.
As an outdoorsman, Frank enjoyed his time hunting and golfing. He was an artist when it came to woodworking and leather smithing. Franks’ favorite pastime was spending time with his family. The time that was spent and the memories that were created will last a lifetime and will never be forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his parents: FA and Ruth Thoendel; sister, Joan (Bob) Duryea; sister, Dolores Anstett; and brother-in-law, Wayne Sides.
Frank is survived by his wife of 35 years, Maureen Thoendel; son, Christopher (Julie) Thoendel of Williamsburg, Virginia; son, Sean Thoendel of Branson, Missouri; grandchildren: Drake, Shep, Anna, and Maddox; sister, Virginia Sides of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; and brother, Ken (Ginger) Thoendel of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
A private service will be held at a later time.
