Geraldine "Deanie" Lively, age 71, of Ozark Missouri and Oklahoma.
Geraldine “Deanie” Lively, age 71, passed away October 3, 2021, with family by her side in Ozark, Missouri. She entered this life September 7, 1950, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, the daughter of Aletha Woods and Homar Lively.
Deanie is preceded in death by her parents; cousins: Henry, Deb, and Frida; stepfather, Edd Blackburn; and dear friend, Susie.
Being a devote Christian, Deanie was involved in many ministry organizations throughout her life. She served at the Victory Mission Church, Hospital Ministry, and Indian Ministry. Reading was her favorite pastime. She mainly enjoyed mystery books and religious literature, especially Joyce Myers and Perry Stone. Deanie was extremely proud of her Seneca Cayuga tribal heritage. Her dog, Bane, was her baby and she loved him dearly. Deanie was a great daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, dog mom, and friend; she will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
She is survived by her brother, Edd (Jodie) Blackburn of Mountain Grove, Missouri; sister-in-law, Regina (Jerry) Parrish of Missouri; niece, Ressa (Scot) Zimmerman of Ozark, Missouri; great-nieces: Jayla Lakey and Jae Zimmerman of Ozark, Missouri, and Skylar Zimmerman of Nebraska; great-nephews: Tanner Allen and Cade Lakey of Ozark, Missouri; great great-niece, Everleigh Allen of Missouri; and cousins: Phrsilla and Nortie of Oklahoma.
