Johnny Reeves Tiner, age 86, of Cassville, Missouri

              Johnny Reeves Tiner, age 86, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at his home.

            He was born December 19, 1936 in Garfield, Arkansas the son of Ray and Jessie (Reeves) Tiner. On September 6, 1985 in Washburn, Missouri he was united in marriage to Mary Hendrix, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Ricky Tiner and his wife Gail of Centerton, Arkansas; two step-daughters, Rebecca Coatney of Cassville, Missouri and Patricia Miller and her husband Terry of Cassville, Missouri; six grandchildren, Angel Stewart and her husband Denny of Decatur, Arkansas, Sherry Peoples of Centerton, Arkansas, Michele Pasemore of Bentonville, Arkansas, Andy Tiner of Rogers, Arkansas, Jennifer Rountree and her husband Neil of Republic, Missouri and Wendy Crim and her husband James of Cassville, Missouri and six great-grandchildren, Dalton Stewart of Decatur, Arkansas, Alexis Peoples of Centerton, Arkansas, Miller Rountree of Republic, Missouri, Rush Rountree of Republic, Missouri, Jenna Crim of Cassville, Missouri and Levi Crim of Cassville, Missouri.

            Preceding him in death were his parents; an infant brother, Robert Wyatt; siblings, Winnell Kochis, Dale Tiner, Harold Tiner, Lucy Stewart and Darrell Tiner and one son, Randy Tiner.

            Johnny attended school in Washburn, Missouri graduating from Southwest High School. He was self-employed as a drywall contractor, owning and operating Tiner Drywall until his retirement. Johnny enjoyed coon hunting, deer hunting, fishing and taking care of his cattle, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids. He was a member of Prairie Hill Baptist Church.

            Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Jerry Williams will conduct the services. Burial will be at King Cemetery in Seligman, Missouri.

            The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

            Contributions may be made to CoxHealth at Home Hospice in memory of Johnny.
