Lea Jane Wolfe, age 91, of Burlington, Iowa.

Lea Jane Wolfe, age 91, of Burlington, Iowa passed away peacefully at home October 26, 2024. She was born May 10, 1933, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of William H. and Lois Jane (Munn) Davidson.

LJ, as she was known to friends and family, married Glenn Arthur Wolfe, February 15, 1954, and moved to Clarksville, TN where they made many lifelong friends.

LJ was an elementary school teacher for many years. She was a Master Gardener in the summer and quilted in the winter. She enjoyed giving quilts away, writing letters and cards, and keeping in touch with friends and family from far and near.  LJ loved animals and watching animal shows since she was raised on a farm. She loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Lea Jane was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenn Wolfe; brother, William Hoyman Davidson II; and baby, Michelle Wolfe.

Lea Jane is survived by two daughters: Kimberly Ann Cooper of Cape Fair, Missouri, and Pamela Jane (Gregg) Calderwood of Burlington, Iowa; three grandchildren: Thomas Cooper, Ozark, MO; Sarah (Jacob) DeWaard, Pella, IA and Collin (Dominika) Calderwood, Henderson, NV and three great-grandchildren: Ellie Jane, Emily Grace, and Riley James.
