Lowell Lee Mings, 68 of Branson, Missouri.

Lowell Lee Mings, 68 of Branson, Missouri left this earth on Friday, Jan 14, 2022. Due to Covid, there is no services planned at this time. There will be a Celebration of Life planned for the family at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

He is survived by his loving wife Lisa Bullock Mings; children, Jeremy Mings, Andrea (Dennis) Berdine, Devin (Adam) Brothers; as well as his two loving dogs, Tivo and Gwen; grandchildren, Valerie Mings, Alyssa Berdine, Damian Mings, Kyler Morris, Katelyn Berdine, Olivia Mings, Kaylee Brothers, Amelia Mings, and Kendall Brothers and four great-grandchildren; siblings, Tom (Vickie) Mings of Kirbyville, Missouri, Bud (Annette) Stoneburner of Blue Springs, Missouri, Jerry (Carole) Stoneburner of Springfield, Missouri Debbie (Tim) Barbour, of Kissee Mills Missouri, and  Russ (Renee) Stoneburner of Branson Missouri;  and many nieces and nephews.


He is preceded in death by his parents Lowell Vaughn Mings of Lebanon, Missouri, and Patricia Darlene Baltzley of Hollister, Missouri; and his stepfather and best friend, Larry Harris.


Lowell worked for many years at Allis Chalmers, in Independence, Missouri before moving to the Branson Area in 1985 where he went to work for Rainbow Vacuums earning many awards, was made a direct distributor, and was given his own territory in Arkansas where he owned and operated his own Rainbow business until 1996 then returned to Branson where he continued working for Rainbow before going to work for Direct TV where he retired from in 2008. Lowell had been a pilot since Jan 12, 1982. He loved airplanes and drones and anything mechanical. He was a master of all trades especially since YouTube became popular He built everything from Potato Guns to Wood Crates. 


A special thank-you to the staff of the Covid Unit at Cox Hospital where Lowell was treated like a member of the family. 

Cremation is under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
