Marsha Lynn James, age 73, Branson, Missouri
Marsha Lynn James, age 73, passed away November 30, 2023, peacefully in her home. She entered this life January 10, 1950, the daughter of Donald and Bertha (Jobes) Weidauer in Springfield, Ohio. Marsha was joined in marriage to Steven James on November 22, 1996.
With a nurturing soul, Marsha adored her children, grandchildren, and her dog. She enjoyed crocheting, going to casinos, scratching lottery tickets, and watching hallmark and western movies. Marsha loved the Lord and reading the Bible and faith-based books, especially Joyce Meyer’s work. She was a member of a bowling league in early adulthood at the Hillbilly Bowl. The memories and moments created throughout the years will be cherished by all who knew her.
Marsha is survived by her sister, Debra Johnson (David) of Cambridge, Illinois; her niece, Sara Campbell (Stephen); her nephew, Ryan Johnson; her children: Michael Graham (Tracy Stephens) of Austin, Texas, Melissa Davis (James) of Lampe, Missouri, and Kristen Brown (Jason) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her grandchildren: Jaecee Badley-Workman (Kavern), Hailey Badley, Logan Brown, James “Tate” Stephens, and Augustus “Gus” Graham; her great-grandchildren: Levi James, Kahleigh Moataane, and Kaylen Bilyeu; a host of extended family members and friends; and her beloved dog, Shelby.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Steven James and her parents: Donald and Bertha Weidauer.
The family would like to thank Danielle, the caregiver that she had for the past three years; her social worker, Cheryl; and all of Phoenix Healthcare for showing an immense amount of love over the past few years. As well as the staff of Branson Dialysis.
