Quantana Louise “Tanny” Lehman, age 64, of Cassville, Missouri.

Quantana Louise “Tanny” Lehman, age 64, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri.

She was born January 31, 1960 in Monett, Missouri the daughter of Frank and Mary (Hopkins) Dunfee. Preceding her in death was her father.

Surviving are her husband, Michael Lehman; her mother, Mary Dunfee; three sons, Travis Holman and his wife Tiffanie, Justin Holman and Trent Lehman and his girlfriend Bailie; one granddaughter that she raised as a daughter, Paisley Lehman; one brother, Tony Dunfee and his wife Joan, and seven grandchildren, Kasen, Kyler, Kinlee, Saige, Rylen, Carlie, and Audie, all of Cassville, Missouri.

Tanny grew up and attended school in Cassville, Missouri graduating from Cassville High School. She was employed by several different convenience stores in the Cassville area working as a clerk. Tanny enjoyed painting, being outdoors, and animals. She was baptized at Corinth Baptist Church.

Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri.
