Ruby Jones, age 89, of Cassville, Missouri

          Ruby Jones, age 89, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Friday, December 9. 2022 at Cassville Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Cassville, Missouri.

            She was born August 1, 1933 in Idabel, Oklahoma the daughter of Roy and Birdie (Casey) Cole. She was united in marriage to Joseph Jones, who preceded her in death in 2012. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two sons, Cecil M. Bobo and Billy W. Bobo; three brothers, Royal Cole, Lawrence Cole and Thurman Cole; one sister, Dovie Cole and one grandaughter, Angie Bobo.

            Surviving are two sons, George Bobo of Purdy, Missouri and Walter Raymond Bobo of Muskogee, Oklahoma; one daughter, Irene Bobo of Purdy, Missouri; three brothers, Vernon Cole of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rayburn Cole of Oklahoma City , Oklahoma and Houston Cole of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four sisters, Patsy Thomason of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Linda Hall of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Pauline Hall of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Shirley Yount of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

            Ruby graduated from high school in Oklahoma. She was a homemaker her entire life. Family was an extremely important part of her life, she stood by her children no matter what. Ruby loved fishing, gardening and just being outdoors. She was an outstanding cook and was best known for her biscuits and gravy. She was of the Baptist faith.

            Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 16, 2022 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Aaron J. Hoyt and Don Johnson will conduct the services. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri.

            The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time Friday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

            Contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children in memory of Ruby.
