Sheila Louise Learn

Sheila Louise Learn, age 71, of Hollister, Missouri.

Sheila Louise Learn, age 71, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away December 23, 2021, at home with family nearby. She entered this life October 19, 1950, in Erie, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Lyle McCall Sr. and Clara (Smith) McCall. Preceding her in death are her parents; sister, Sandy Engle; brother, Lyle Reed McCall Jr., and life partner of 24 years, Robert Doyle.

While living in California, Sheila became known as a flower child and beach bum who fancied dragons and fairies.  She was into crafting, especially macrame so she could make treasures for her grandchildren. Sheila invested a lot of time watching Lifetime Movie Network and would draw her children and grandchildren in to watch with her anytime there was an opportunity. She adored her grandchildren and made many memories with them that will live on in their hearts. She will be greatly missed.

Sheila is survived by her three children: Donald McCall of Branson, Missouri, Daniel (Karen) Learn of Erie, Pennsylvania, and Hollie (Patrick) Harris of Hollister, Missouri; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters: Betty (Dennis) Putnam of Clifton Forge, Virginia, and Tracey Moyle of Sunbury, Pennsylvania; brother, William (Pam) McCall of Bull Head, Arizona; as well as many other friends and extended family.

No formal services are currently planned. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
