Born Stella Faye Grady on September 11, 1944, she was the daughter of Cecil & Mildred (Barnett) Grady.  She was born in Marysville, California while her family was working harvesting fruit at Johnny Cox Camp.  Returning with her family to Taneyville, she attended elementary school in Taneyville and then Forsyth High School.  Stella met Cecil Beeler attending church and the two were married on March 17, 1961 in Kissee Mills.  She worked as a young woman at the Branson Laundromat and began her family with Cecil while they lived in Kissee Mills.  The young couple moved to Kansas City and added to their family before moving back to Kissee Mills in 1976.  Along with being a devoted wife and mother, Stella worked over 20 years as the head housekeeper for the Knights Inn in Branson.

Stella was a long-time resident of Taney County.  She enjoyed the beauty of the Ozarks in her many camping trips with Cecil and she also delighted in attending various Branson music shows. She loved being surrounded by her family. She was considerate and loving not only to her family but to everyone she encountered. Stella will also be remembered as a selfless and generous woman, always putting others needs before her own.  Her hobbies consisted of all things crafty and involving needlework.  She was talented at sewing, crocheting and cross-stitching and had made many beautiful pieces that will be forever cherished.

Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Beeler; her daughter, Carletta Kutchko; her father, Cecil Grady and one sister, Luella Chastain.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Debbie Lumley (Randy) of Kissee Mills, Mike Beeler (Pam) of Taneyville, Joanna Jasper (James) of Kissee Mills, and Kenny Beeler of Taneyville; her mother, Mildred Grady of Taneyville; brother, Roy Grady of Forsyth; sister, Betty Beeler of Taneyville; twelve grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
