Stephanie “Mouse” Ellen Carden-Somers, age 59, of Lebanon, Missouri.

Stephanie “Mouse” Ellen Carden-Somers, age 59, of Lebanon, Missouri, passed away February 25, 2024. She entered this life January 16, 1965, the daughter of James and Sherry (Carden) Chastain in Lebanon, Missouri. Stephanie was joined in marriage on June 10, 2007, to John Somers.

With an adventurous soul, Stephanie loved being in the great outdoors and going fishing for crappie. She was lovingly nicknamed “Mouse” by her friends and family. Stephanie was a talented chef in the kitchen and enjoyed feeding her family and friends. She held a special place in her heart for her family and her four Pomeranian puppies. The memories and moments created over her exquisite life will be cherished by all who knew her.
 
Stephanie is survived by her husband of seventeen years, John Somers of Lebanon, Missouri; daughters: Kayla (Brandon) Hernandez of Richland, Missouri, and Ashely (Nathan) Maness of Laquey, Missouri; grandchildren: Lexi, Riverly and, Ethan, and Dawson;  brothers: Jimmy Chastin of Lebanon, Missouri, and Scott (Gaye) Chastain of Marshfield, Missouri; nieces and nephews: Katie (David), James (Christie), Matthew (Bailey), and Krystyna; grandfather, James Turnage of Lebanon, Missouri; and many other extended family members.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents: James and Sherry Chastain.
