Violet Ann Cochran, age 73, Kirbyville, Missouri

Violet Ann Cochran, 73, Kirbyville, entered into rest on June 1, 2023.   She was born August 20, 1949 in Tulsa, Okla.  Violet was the daughter of Jack and Veda (Simmons) Smith.   She married Larry Cochran and they were blessed with two children.

Violet moved to the Tri-Lakes area from Denton Ville, Oklahoma, to be closer to her family.  She had worked at various drive-ins and one restaurant during her life. She had two pugs which were her best friends. Violet enjoyed her family and loved to spend time with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband.

Violet is survived by her children Samuel Cochran and Pamela McCullough both of Kirbyville; two brothers John Smith and Roger Smith both of Beggs, OK.; sister, Ethel Sanchez of San Antonio, TX; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Cremation was under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.  Services will be held at a later date.
